Financial KPIs

Financial KPIs measure how your company is doing. Finances are the lifeblood of your organisation and have their own story to tell. These are critical values used to evaluate your business’s health, performance, and potential return on investment.

Common financial KPIs:

  • turnover
  • profit
  • procurement spend
  • operations and labour costs
  • logistics costs
  • top-performing customers, sectors, and/or suppliers

VC KPIs

Venture Capital wants a variety of other metrics. These scores give them a profile on how sustainable your business will be. Things like customer acquisition costs, K-factors, and a variety of other things. Lots of people can look up these values, but what we would like to call to attention is that there is a qualitative element to every metric as well. When it comes down to it, what matters most is what your investors ask for. Our job is to find the data, present it in the most neutral light, and allow the conversation to unfold.
